Frank and Martha, wanted something new and fresh yet followed the old colonial aesthetic of their home. The previous flagstone walkway was old, uneven and was started to turn into a safety concern during the winter. Everything was removed, prepared with Boston Colonial Blend bricks with a dark edge. Sanford and Virginia, committed to making their backyard an oasis. Virginia had a vision with what she wanted to transform her backyard and Sanford and the team went along for the ride. Originally, their backyard consisted of a smaller dilapidated flagstone patio with many limitations. They wanted bigger and better. Everything was removed, prepped, and Cambridge Stone pavers were installed. Sanford got a new sprinkler system, and sods were installed so the dogs had fresh grass to run around in. The project was complete with Virginia putting the final touches in patio furniture.
